So, I don’t know who this gorgeous, stunning creature is (if you know her name, please tell me in the comments!!), but I’ve been obsessed with recreating this look since I first saw it. I love the super-dramatic, over-the-top eye set against dewey, glowy skin, perfected with a soft and naturally nude lip. Could it get any better? I think not. I can’t wait to try this look again and make it even better.

Kelly, Kelly, Kelly…who are you? You, this gorgeous creature with flawless makeup and unbelievable skin. I’ve been completely obsessed with her makeup ever since I saw this look. The warm tangerine cheek, the super-subtle lip, the dewey skin… sigh. Understated glam at it’s best. I love everything that’s happening here. Naturally, I had to re-create this look. Oranges/peaches/corals are perfectly on trend right now in makeup and fashion, and lucky for us, these warm, sunny shades are absolutely stunning on all shades of brown skin. So, play around with it and have some fun! 🙂
The cheek was the main focus for me in achieving this look. If you are like me and have more copper undertones, use a blush that is a true orange, leaning toward the red side, and a golden-orange shade as your highlight. If you have more golden undertones (NC40+), try a golden-orange blush like Fabulush Cream Color Base or NARS Taj Mahal as your main cheek colour, and a gold highlight instead.

When I first saw the promo pic for Shop MAC Cook MAC, I was not a fan of the makeup at! all! It was too loud, garish, and completely unrealistic for the everyday gal. Especially the pink one. Fast forward a month later, and the pink look is one of my fave looks hands down!
It’s so gawjuss on the model! I much prefer the looks on the models than in the promo. Clearly, this is a theatrical, over the top look, but it’s sooo fun and sooo pretty to do!
Here’s the promo version:
